Rust tutorial servers

This list shows every public Rust server that has the tutorial tag or the word 'tutorial' in its name. On these servers, new players can start on a private island to learn the basics — gathering, crafting, building and cooking — before joining the main map. Each row shows current players, map, region, group limit and next wipe, all in UTC. Sorted by player count, busiest first.

The tutorial does not change the server's rules. Gather rates, team limits and wipe schedules stay the same as on any other server of that type. Check the Region column to see where the server is; most tutorial servers run in Europe. Look at the Group column if you plan to team up; many servers use a default limit of 8, but some set solo, duo or trio. If the gather rate is not shown, it is usually 1x. For the next wipe time, see the Next wipe column — that is the estimate in UTC.

The table is sorted by live player count, so the busiest servers appear first. That order changes through the day as players join and leave. Use the search box to filter by a word in the server name or address, such as 'EU' or 'solo'. To narrow by region, group limit or gather rate, go to the full server list — it has those filters. Many large official servers keep the tutorial switched on, so this list often mirrors a general popularity chart. If you are new, the beginner-friendly server list may also help, but once you finish the tutorial island, you can join any server you like.
